Exhibitor Booth Assignments & Exhibitor Packet
Your booth assignment / location will be shared in early February. As the convention is still within open registration, booth locations are being assigned presently. Our convention services partner is Shepard; the Exhibitor Packet will be avaiable in conjunction with your booth location in February.
Hotel Reservations
Once you have completed your Event Registration, be certain to book your Hotel Reservation at the Hilton Anatole using the following information. Note that there are a large number of shows/events taking place in Dallas surrounding the dates of our convention. We have a secure number of rooms for both king rooms and double rooms, but they may sell out quickly. Do not delay in making a hotel reservation for your team - they can always be modified if needed.
